Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

• Course cancellations by Dpmi Thane
• Payment processing errors
• Student withdrawal within a specified timeframe

2. Course Refunds

• Within 1-10 days: Full refund minus INR 5,000 administrative fee
• 11-20 days: 50% refund
• 21-30 days: 25% refund
• After 30 days: No refund
• Refunds are not applicable for digital or self-paced courses.

3. Webinar/Workshop/Subscription Refunds

• Except when required by law, paid Webinar/Workshop/Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• If rescheduled or cancelled, a credit may be issued.

4. Refund Process

• Email refund requests with proof of payment and reason.
• Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days.
• Bank charges and processing fees will be deducted.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Non-attendance
• Academic misconduct violations
• Requests beyond the refund period
